Who receives your request
Caroffer LLC
What data we use
Vehicle details, location and contact information to evaluate your request and coordinate the next step.
We collect: city and ZIP code, year, make, model and condition of the car; your name and phone number; whether the title is in your name; your preferred channel and language; and campaign data (for example, which ad you came from).
We don’t ask for photos, VINs, personal documents or bank details in this form.
What we use it for
To review your case, contact you through the channel you choose and explain the next steps. We only use your data for promotions if you check the optional box, which is separate from your request.
Who we share it with
When you submit the form, your details travel directly from your browser to Formspree, the form provider we use. Formspree receives them, records them on its platform (where they are governed by its own retention terms, which may differ from ours) and delivers them by email to our team. The provider that hosts our mailbox and the provider that hosts this website also take part; the website host records routine technical data about each visit (for example, the IP address) so it can deliver the pages. Each provider handles data under its own policies.
We don’t send your name, phone number, VIN or documents to analytics or advertising tools.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are stored in Formspree and Caroffer LLC’s email account for handling and follow-up. Availability in each service depends on its settings and retention terms. We currently do not maintain a separate permanent archive or automated backup of inquiries. You may request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We will assess your request and any applicable retention obligations.
